    • Mechanical Room Tolerances: Wet/dry vacuum units and oil-free air compressors have strict airflow, clearance, and heat dissipation requirements. The mechanical room layout must match the specific models selected by your equipment specialist.

    • Digital Imaging Support: CBCT and 3D panoramic X-ray units require precise floor leveling, lead-lined radiation shielding, and dedicated high-voltage electrical circuits.

Preventing Construction Change Orders and Delays

When construction begins without verified equipment specifications, contractors are forced to make assumptions. If equipment arrives on-site and does not match the rough-in plumbing or electrical drops, active work comes to a halt while walls or concrete subfloors are opened back up.
